Oh, God! This one looks awesome! The way you managed to express the desperate efforts of Snape and the calms, steady determination od McGonagall is just fabulous! Instant favourit of mine!

If it's the scene from Deathly Hallows, shouldn't it be Minerva attacking and Severus defending? Although in the book (not the film) Sev does strike back. I don't think he could safely get away with pure defense against Minerva any more than she could against him. They're both too damn good.

Did Minnie loot those curly-toes shoes from the wardrobe of the late Albus Dumbledore? Maybe that's why she's standing still: if she tried to move quickly, she'd fall down.

Never mind me! I love Minnie, but I'm a Sev-fangirl through and through. ;)

And I'd be honoured if you considered submitting it in DownyThistle.

This is beautiful, so full of action and I love the color contrast. The quick movement of Snape and McGonagall's lack of need for movement to fend him off is awesome.

I posted earlier in the thread, but I think it might get lost in the comments from years ago - the movement and inkwork, mixed with the color is a very compelling style. I quite like it! Very dynamic with a great sense of movement and drama. The art is wonderful.

My only negative comment is that you have the roles reversed in regards to the book. Snape never attacked - he only defended. And so Minerva should be the one doing the attacking.
